The home’s Mid-Century modern exterior was a clear draw for the client, Their vision for the inside: create a serene interior that strips the home down to its essential structure and provides a contemporary minimalist aesthetic — striking the perfect balance between bold architecture and peaceful simplicity.
Our Solution
We considered the interior as a blank slate and intentionally envisioned this space to blend function and flow. We took everything back to the studs. Every choice to add something was meaningful — creating an environment that feels both modern and timeless; simple yet rich with depth. The result: a brand-new dining room filled with space and light, a utilitarian entryway and two updated bathrooms filled with light and intentional views plus a kitchen remodel that became the gem of the project.
With its clean, visually uncluttered design, the kitchen creates a tranquil atmosphere, offering a panoramic view of the lush back garden. The simple lines and soothing color palette contribute to a sense of calm, while the abundance of natural light keeps the space lively and full of energy.
