Craftsman Update That Takes Home Improvement To the Next Level ~

This energy-efficient addition took the kitchen and dining area of this home to the next level—literally.  The Associated Housewrights team created a story-and-a-half design that lifted the space up with raised ceilings and lots of light.  They expanded  the area out to make room for a larger kitchen and an outdoor deck.  A granite-topped dinette was added to the kitchen, and custom cabinetry was crafted using locally-source materials.  Ample windows bring natural light into the open, airy space.
