Associated Housewrights provides both design and build services for residential projects in an iterative format that balances the functional and aesthetic extent of the solutions with their build-ability and feasibility. The goal is to deliver the creative process to each client/project in a way that is suitably robust and maximizes the end result. Key to this is our ability to conduct the process in a way that allows a client to participate, understanding options and costs so that they are able to clarify their own perspective on the project and provide feedback to ensure the resulting project best suits their interests. Consequently, each project is staffed with a team of design and build professionals from beginning to end with the lead designer and project manager being the primary points of contact throughout.
Design Services. Residential architectural and interior design, engineering, and financial feasibility and optimization are available via Housewrights staff. Any project development services not provided by in-house staff are provided on an as-needed basis via specialist subcontractors. Most frequently this would be surveying services and more occasionally landscape architecture, civil engineering, restoration architecture and advanced structural engineering services.
Build Services. Comprehensive General Contracting for residential new home building, additions, remodels, and restorations. We have considerable project management and skilled carpentry expertise on staff ensuring our constant site presence for all manner of residential projects. Long standing relationships with area subcontractors and suppliers ensures the ‘team’ experience we provide includes all aspects of our projects. We are a lead safe certified company but do not handle any other hazardous materials.
